The aim of the present study was to predict wisdom based on the perception of fathering mediating role of ego strengths in students. The method of the present study was correlation of structural model type. The statistical population included 24,000 students of Tabriz University. The sample size of the study was 190 participants and was selected by cluster random sampling. Participants completed the Ardelt’s (2003) Wisdom Scale (3D-WS), the Dick’s Fathering Scale (2004) (FS), and the Psychological Inventory of Ego Strom et al (PIES) (1997). All structural model calculations were performed using AMOS-24 software. The results showed that ego strengths has a significant mediating role in the relationship between perception of fathering and wisdom in students, but is not directly related to the wisdom of students. In general, it can be concluded that the behavior of the father is one of the factors that indirectly, by strengthening the power of the ego, can predict how wise their children are. Accordingly, it is suggested that the frequency and healthy presence of the father in rising of wisdom in children be considered.

the present study was conducted to study the lived experience of Disengaged and Connected families in dealing with quarantine during the prevalence of Covid-19. In order to conduct this qualitative research, among the students of Tabriz University, 11 Disengaged families and 5 Connected families were selected by targeted sampling method. The Family Adaptability and Correlation Scale (FACES-III) was used for screening. The main method of data collection was semi-structured interviews with open-ended questions, and the data were analyzed by Smith's method. The validity of the present study was rooted in the four axes of »Reliability, Transferability, Certification and Reliability«. Findings from family experiences in the seven main themes of »Information Umbrella«, »Support Strategies«, »Stress Increase Factors«, »Stress Reduction Factors«, »Family Conflict Factors«, »Family Conflict Resolution Strategies« and »Factors a Little attention was paid to Prevention points «and several subsets were summarized. In general, the results show that the family structure affects the responsibility and commitment of family members to crisis management, the prevalence of Covid-19 and home quarantine. There is less participation in Disengaged families and although Connected families have their own disadvantages for their members; That, Lack of individual independence is one of these cases, but in managing this crisis, they performed better than Disengaged families. It can be concluded that empathy and participation is one of the essential factors for overcoming these conditions effectively.

The purpose of this study was to compare self-concept, gender role and emotional maturity in children with and without parental divorce experience. The research method was descriptive, causal-comparative and in terms of post-event time. The statistical population was divided into two groups including all children 12 to 18 years old with and without parental divorce experience in Tehran in the year 1398. Using random sampling method from each group, 100 children volunteered to go to schools. The city of Tehran was selected as the statistical sample. Data collection tools included 3 Beck Self-Concept Questionnaires (1990), the Short Form of Gender Conflict Role Scale (O'Neill et al., 2012), Singh's and Baharagawa's Emotional Maturity Scale (1991). The results of data analysis using independent T-test and analysis of variance (MANOVA) in SPSS-22 software showed that there is a significant difference between children with and without parental divorce on gender role and emotional maturity scales. There was no significant difference in self-concept scale (p <0.05). Therefore, concluded that Parental divorce also affects their success, limited emotional attachment, emotional stability, emotional return, personality breakdown, social incompatibility, and lack of independence for their children.

The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of positive cognitive-behavioral therapy on female's positive and negative affection with spouse with mental disorders in Isfahan city. The research method was a quasi-experimental design with pre-test-post-test design with control group. The statistical population included all women with spouse with mental disorder referred to counseling centers under the welfare organization of Isfahan. The sampling method was purposeful and among 30 women who were willing to cooperate in therapeutic sessions, they were assigned randomly in two groups: experimental (15) and control group (15). The experimental group received 10 sessions of positive cognitive behavioral therapy. After completion of sessions and 45 days after the follow up, they responded to the Watson et al. (1988) positive and negative affective questionnaire. The results of multivariate analysis of covariance showed that positive cognitive-behavioral therapy interventions increased positive emotional and decreased negative affect in the experimental group compared to the control group (p <0.001). In addition, this effect has been confirmed in the follow-up phase (p <0.001). Therefore, positive cognitive-behavioral interventions can be used to increase positive affection and reduce negative affection for women with spouse with mental disorders.
